Day 1
Nairobi to Samburu National Reserve
Depart Nairobi in the morning in a private 4×4 safari vehicle and travel north through the central highlands toward Samburu National Reserve. Arrive at your luxury lodge or tented camp in time for lunch. After a short rest, enjoy an afternoon game drive along the Ewaso Nyiro River in search of elephants, lions, leopards and the Samburu Special Five.
Day 2
Full Day Samburu National Reserve
Spend the full day exploring Samburu with private morning and afternoon game drives. Search for Grevy’s zebra, reticulated giraffe, Beisa oryx, Somali ostrich and gerenuk, together with elephants and predators. Enjoy time beside the Ewaso Nyiro River, where wildlife gathers throughout the day.
Day 3
Samburu to Lake Nakuru National Park
After breakfast, depart Samburu and travel south through Kenya’s scenic highlands toward Lake Nakuru National Park. Arrive at your premium lodge for lunch, then enjoy an afternoon game drive around the lake, woodland and grassland areas in search of rhinos, Rothschild giraffes, buffaloes, lions and abundant birdlife.

Lake Nakuru to Masai Mara
